CHANGES AND RETURNS

We want you to receive exactly what you expect. Here you will find all the information regarding exchanges, returns, and applicable conditions.

At LOWSIDE, we aim to offer a clear and transparent process for exchanges and returns. Due to the limited and selected nature of our products, certain specific conditions apply.

EXCHANGES

We currently only handle exchanges for products of the same category or similar items.

This means that:

  • If you purchase a zipper, the exchange must be for another zipper.
  • If you purchase a hoodie, the exchange must be for another hoodie or equivalent product from the same category.
  • The new product must have the same value or a higher value.

If a product of higher value is chosen, the customer must pay the corresponding difference.

DEADLINE FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

The maximum period to request an exchange or return is 14 calendar days.

If the product was delivered in person in Bogotá, the period starts counting from the product delivery date.

If the product was shipped to the customer by a carrier, the period starts counting from the delivery date registered by the transport company. If the delivery date is not available, the period will start counting from the order preparation date, adding a reasonable margin for transit time.

After this period, LOWSIDE will not be obliged to accept exchange or return requests.

IMPORTANT

  • We do not issue refunds for excess amounts.
  • We do not exchange for lower value products and then refund the difference.
  • Exchanges are subject to size and stock availability.

RETURNS

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of underwear or personal use products, including:

  • Boxers
  • Panties
  • Bodysuits
  • Similar underwear items

RETURNS IN BOGOTÁ

For in-person deliveries made in Bogotá, we can only accept returns if the garment arrives torn or with obvious manufacturing defects.

We recommend carefully inspecting the product upon delivery.

NATIONAL SHIPPING

For orders shipped to the rest of the country via carrier, any claim related to damage caused during shipping must be managed directly with the selected carrier.

At LOWSIDE, we ship with great care and protection:

  • Products are not shipped in bags.
  • All items are packed in boxes to reduce risks during transit.

For this reason, if the product shows damage caused during transit, these will likely have been caused by the carrier's handling.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

If the product needs to be sent back to LOWSIDE for inspection, exchange, or return, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

The product must be sent in appropriate packaging conditions to prevent damage during transit. LOWSIDE will not be responsible for damages caused during return shipping.

RECOMMENDATIONS

  • Check the condition of the package before receiving it.
  • Immediately report any visible anomalies.
  • Keep photographic evidence in case of damage during shipping.

LOWSIDE will always seek to collaborate and guide the customer during any process related to carriers or delivery incidents.
