SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES

At LOWSIDE, we work to make every delivery fast, clear, and secure. Depending on your location and payment method, we offer different shipping options within Colombia.

DELIVERIES IN BOGOTÁ

Deliveries within Bogotá are made directly by our team whenever possible.

• If the product arrives before 2:00 PM, shipping can be arranged on the same business day.
• If the product arrives after that time, delivery will be scheduled for the next business day.

For added peace of mind, deliveries made in Bogotá can be inspected before final payment.

NATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipments to the rest of the country are made via carrier.

The customer can choose between:

Immediate payment

If the product is paid for immediately, the shipping cost will be covered by LOWSIDE.

Cash on delivery

We also offer cash on delivery. In this case, an additional charge of 7% of the total product value will be added, associated with the costs and commissions of the collection service.

PRODUCT INSPECTION

Some carriers or delivery personnel allow product inspection before payment, while others do not due to their internal policies.

The choice of carrier and shipping method is at the customer's discretion, with the understanding that LOWSIDE does not directly control the inspection conditions offered by third parties.
