PREORDERS LOWSIDE

At LOWSIDE, we work with a pre-order system to bring selected items directly from the United States. This allows us to offer exclusive products that are difficult to find in Colombia.

Once the pre-order is placed, the estimated arrival time in Bogotá is approximately 15 business days, although in some cases the process may vary slightly depending on international transport, customs, or product availability.

Does pre-ordering mean the product is already reserved?

Not necessarily. Placing a pre-order means the product will be brought to Colombia for sale, but the item will remain available until an official reservation is made.

If you want to ensure that no one else can buy the product before you, you can make a reservation by advancing at least 15% of the product's total value. This guarantees the reservation of the item in your name while it arrives in the country.

RESERVATIONS

• The minimum reservation is 15% of the product's value.
• The product will only be reserved after receiving the down payment.
• The amount paid for the reservation will be deducted from the final price of the product.
• Once the product arrives in Colombia, we will contact you to finalize the payment and coordinate delivery.

DELIVERY TIMES

• Estimated arrival time in Bogotá: approximately 15 days.
• Some products may arrive earlier or experience slight delays due to external import processes.
• LOWSIDE will keep the customer informed of any important updates related to their order.
