Welcome to LOWSIDE. By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase in our store, the customer accepts these terms and conditions. We recommend carefully reading this information before placing any order.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using our services or making a purchase, the customer confirms having read, understood, and accepted all policies, conditions, and processes established by LOWSIDE.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We work with selected products, imported and in some cases limited.

  • Availability may vary without prior notice.
  • Some products operate under a pre-order modality.
  • The publication of a product does not guarantee immediate availability.
  • LOWSIDE reserves the right to cancel orders due to lack of stock, inventory errors, or external inconveniences.

PRICES

  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • LOWSIDE may correct typographical errors, publication errors, or inconsistencies related to prices, promotions, or availability.
  • Promotions or discounts may be modified or terminated at any time.

PRE-ORDERS

Some products are imported directly from the United States under a pre-order modality.

  • Arrival times are approximate and may vary due to logistical processes, availability, customs, international transport, or other external factors.
  • Estimated times do not constitute an exact guarantee of delivery.
  • LOWSIDE will not be responsible for delays caused by third parties or situations beyond our control.

LAYAWAYS

The customer may secure the reservation of some products with a minimum advance payment of 15% of the total value.

  • The product will only be reserved once the layaway payment is confirmed.
  • The advanced amount will be deducted from the final value of the product.
  • Layaways are non-refundable, except in exceptional situations directly evaluated by LOWSIDE.
  • If the customer abandons the purchase process or fails to pay the remaining balance, LOWSIDE may cancel the product reservation.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES

Bogota

Deliveries in Bogotá may be carried out directly by our team when applicable.

  • Deliveries can be made on the same business day if the product arrives before 2:00 PM.
  • Otherwise, delivery will be made on the next business day.

National shipping

Shipments outside Bogotá are made via carrier.

  • The customer may choose the available payment method.
  • Cash-on-delivery shipments will have an additional charge corresponding to 7% of the product value.
  • If payment is made immediately, LOWSIDE may cover the shipping cost as applicable.

CARRIERS AND SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

LOWSIDE performs shipments using protective packaging and boxes designed to reduce risks during transit.

However:

  • LOWSIDE does not directly control the logistical processes of carriers.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on third-party operations.
  • Once the order is handed over to the carrier, part of the shipping responsibility passes to that company.

In case of damage during transit:

  • LOWSIDE may collaborate and guide the customer during the claim process.
  • LOWSIDE does not guarantee the approval of claims made to third parties.
  • Some carriers allow inspection before payment and others do not. This condition depends exclusively on the selected carrier company.

EXCHANGES

Currently, we only handle exchanges for products of the same category or similar references.

  • The new product must have the same value or a higher one.
  • If the new product has a higher value, the customer must pay the difference.
  • We do not issue refunds for excess amounts.
  • We do not exchange for products of lower value and then refund the monetary difference.
  • Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused.
  • Retain original tags.
  • Be in the same condition as it was delivered.

RETURNS

For hygiene and safety reasons, LOWSIDE does not accept returns of underwear or personal use products.

Returns will only be accepted in specific cases such as:

  • Products with obvious factory defects.
  • Products that arrive broken during in-person deliveries in Bogotá.

For national shipments, any claim related to damages caused during transit must be managed with the corresponding carrier.

AUTHENTICITY

All products sold by LOWSIDE are original and authentic.

LOWSIDE does not sell replicas, imitations, or counterfeit products.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

LOWSIDE will not be responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers.
  • Customs delays.
  • International logistical problems.
  • Losses caused by third parties.
  • Force majeure events or external situations beyond our control.

RIGHT OF ADMISSION

LOWSIDE reserves the right to cancel orders, reject purchases, or limit services in suspicious cases of:

  • Fraud.
  • Policy abuse.
  • Bad faith.
  • Activities that pose risks to the brand's operation.

MODIFICATION OF POLICIES

LOWSIDE may update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
